Job Title: Application Support Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all on-site IT systems infrastructure meets requirements and specifications during solution deployment.
Administer and support web and database servers.
Perform internal and on-site deployment, system patching, and integration of software solutions in production and live environments.
Log and document deployment configurations and system updates.
Provide technical support for deployed solutions, adhering to established service levels.
Configure, support, and manage internal IT systems infrastructure.
Work extensively with Microsoft SQL Server.
Requirements
Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 3 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
Proficiency in MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
Hands-on experience with implementing, administering, and maintaining MS Exchange Server & MS SharePoint
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile methodology), .NET framework and Extensible Markup Language (XML).
